Vikings Defense

Was thinking about it, and I don't think the Vikes D have a hand full of players that should be starting in the NFL. Harrison Smith, Everson Griffin (Although he should be playing end), Erin Henderson (questionable), Chad Greenway (questionable), Jared Allen, and Brian Robinson (Also questionable).

Over half the defense is a bunch of scrubs. Heck our best defensive player from last year got cut by the Seahawks. It's pathetic, and I just don't see how things can be turned around.

We need another DT and a solid LB. And what's with the corners standing flat-footed when there are plays to be made. Someone needs to light a fire under em.

Hows the old cover 2 working there Leslie? Not really fooling anyone... what a complete embarrassment. What a franchise.

The packers could've gone for it on 4th down and converted every single time. The defense was completely helpless

Everyone complains about the offense but with this defense we would have to have the best offense in the league to compete. Why is it the defense coordinator's name never comes up as the problem? I bet no one even knows his name without looking it up.

Credit the defense for holding the score down by making them burn up so much time on their drives. It also keeps the offense rested.

Cover 2 LMMFAO, I been on here for yrs saying we need to dump that scheme. Good luck trying to stop anyone in this league playing zone every play and only the pressure of the front 4 which isn't even good anymore.

Most embarrassing defense I have ever seen. I don't see them challenging anyone the rest of the year. Every team now realizes they have 4 downs.

With the exception of Harrison Smith, Shariff Floyd, Everson Griffin, and Xavier Rhodes the whole defense needs to be shaken up. That's scary.

Dull and monotone? Pretty spot on there GURU. No urgency whatsoever.
