The Broncos had success pre Manning... he just brought it to another level. They had success with Tebow his last year there!

Del Rio did a decent job at Jaguars. I believe he ended up around .500 in wins. He turned the team around the year he took over and had there first winning season in 5 years. Something coughlin could not do. If I remember, he made the playoffs 4 times?... I'd have to look.

I would take Chucky in a heartbeat! Even if he cant coach anymore it would be awesome to see him scowling at our bonehead players as they walk off the field after screwing up again and again!
