ANYONE APPLY FOR SPECIAL ARCHERY HUNTS??

I was wondering if anyone aplied for the three rivers parks achery hunt. i have not recived anything if we got in or not.Has anyone been notified?

I applied and have not received anything. I was drawn last year, so don't expect to get drawn this year. I'll post if I get a 'we are sorry' email before folks start receiving their congratulation letters in the mail.

I have been applying for Two Rivers Hunts every year for the past 20+ years. In the good old days, I would get drawn every year. Now I get drawn about every 3 - 4 years. I was drawn last year so I don't expect to get drawn for a while.

We got drawn for Murphy it will be our first year doing this hunt. Any one had success in the past ?

Yes, but no wall mounters....yet. I've shot a number of does in the past and a small 8 pt about 7 years ago. Passed on a 4 pt last year and saw a very nice 10 pt but it was too far away and running.

FYI - expect to see lots of other hunters.

Thanks everyone will just have to wait and see I guess. I applied for thr Murphy hunt also I have never hunted this park anyonr have any info that would help a person out. Is there usually a lot of sign.

Received my letter to hunt Crow Hassen a couple weeks ago as well. Hunted it in 2011 and took a nice doe. Seen a lot of deer. Only a couple hunters in the area I was in.
