Spearing resorts in Northern MN

Hi, I'm looking for a weekend in late dec early January for 6 guys. Called a couple placesin lake Winnie they told me no go, people are not spearing anymore.

Anybody know of other resorts/lakes were spearing can happen later in teh year?

They are located on Dixon lake and have spearing available on the third river (Winnie)

not to knock Dixon been there good place, but another sponsor here is highbanks resort on Winnie. they started renting spearhouses last year.

check out morningstar resort as well. George and his family are awesome and they do take care of there customers.

I don't know if your set on Winnie but Break On The Lake Resort on Cass Lake should be able to hook you up.

Not sure how far north you want to travel but, Heaths Resort on Whitefish Chain has been good to me for 24 years.
