I have to do a wheel bearing on my 00 gmc. Does any one know what size is the axel nut is I'm thinking 1 3/8 but not sure. Hate to go buy one and not have it the right size. Thanks chad

It should be 35mm or 1 3/8" but I've been doing some research on this subject since I will be replacing my rotors shortly on my Colorado and it seems some people say 35mm is slightly too small and they need to bump up to 36mm. Hopefully the 35mm I just bought works otherwise I may be doing some mods to either the nut or socket.

Good to know. I guess if you do go with a 36mm make sure it's a 6 point rather than 12 point socket. As a 12 point would have very little surface contact with the nut.
