Scott M
Had a choke tube that was hopelessly stuck in the barrel. Tried some JB Anti-Seize, a few other temperature and torque tricks...then a buddy told me to try Coca-Cola. I've heard of people using coke to wash rusty parts. Holy cow. One hour later that thing turned loose like it was lubed in butter! Anyways, thought I'd throw it out there if anybody has the same problem. Archerysniper
I have used it in old motors that have sat too long and seized,it also works good for corroded battery cables.

picksbigwagon
I have never heard that before, I happen to have a 28” BPS barrel with a stuck choke in it, I tried heating it up with a hair dryer and saoking it in penetrating oil overnight, but no success, I will have to try the coke trick. Gordie
Coke does a lot of stuff I have heard that the Highway patrol carries two liter bottles in the trunks of their cars for cleaning up the blood on the highway after an accident.
fishadb
When you change it, it might be a good idea to put some breach plug lube on the threads.

fr0sty
Do you spray it in, or just soak the end of the barrel in it?
