hoggs222
I'm looking to smoke some turkey legs this weekend. Where do you guys buy your turkey legs from? I've never done them before but sure could go for one this weekend.

Pherris
They have fresh ones at Cub. I just can't justify the price anymore. $2.99 a pound or more now when they were a fraction of that just a couple years ago. I know everything is more expensive but seems turkey parts (even necks witch are really good smoked) have tripled at a min. They are tasty though!Good Eating! delcecchi
Cub reportedly is selling whole turkeys for .99/lb. Buy a couple, cut the legs and wings off, make stock out of the back, roast or smoke the breast and freeze for sandwiches. Now you have wings, thighs and drumsticks to cook.
