Salmon Seasoning

Anyone ever use Chef Paul Prudhomms Magic Salmon Seasoning? This stuff is really good on Salmon. It was to cold out to grill it so I took a piece of Salmon and drizzled some garlic olive oil on it and then put the seasoning on both sides. Then baked it at 400 for about 20 minutes. It was like eating candy.

As my salmon fallback - meaning I'm not doing anything fancy - I use a small amount of butter on top with a light sprinkling of seasoned salt and dill. Works on pretty much any fish, especially any white fish like walleye, perch, northern, etc.

got the chef paul stuff a couple years ago. not bad but I still prefer lemon pepper and cajon powder.

I use the Seafood Magic on all kinds of meat. I especially like it for venison steaks on the grill.

I have tried his Blackening seasoning on Salmon a lot and really like it! The wife does as well which she doesn't care for Salmon very much.
