Walleyehooker Posted March 21, 2013 Share Posted March 21, 2013 Anyone ever use Chef Paul Prudhomms Magic Salmon Seasoning? This stuff is really good on Salmon. It was to cold out to grill it so I took a piece of Salmon and drizzled some garlic olive oil on it and then put the seasoning on both sides. Then baked it at 400 for about 20 minutes. SkunkedAgain Posted March 21, 2013 Share Posted March 21, 2013 As my salmon fallback - meaning I'm not doing anything fancy - I use a small amount of butter on top with a light sprinkling of seasoned salt and dill. It was like eating candy. I have tried his Blackening seasoning on Salmon a lot and really like it! The wife does as well which she doesn't care for Salmon very much.
