NKLCOLT1911
Anyone out there make their own boneless wings, sometimes I don't want to mess around with the regular ones.
davidbigreelz
easiest way i know is lightly flour the chicken and fry. In another pan heat up half and half butter and tobasco. Throw is some salt and pepper. Once it thickens a touch throw in cooked chicken and toss. Its a pretty traditional buffalo style.

NKLCOLT1911
I was looking for how people bread them and cook them
TruthWalleyes
I bread and cook them just like i would with wings.Flour and spices, for a thick breading I'll coat with the flour then dip into beaten eggs/milk and back into the flour/spices. Then into the fryer.
Cobber
One thing- try throwing a little corn starch in as well- in addition to the flour. It'll give it a little extra 'crispiness' and 'chewiness' on the outside, as opposed to just being like a chicken strip. It also helps keep it crunchy once they are coated in your sauce.
otterman91105
Shore lunch makes a breading that is for chicken with the buffalo flavoring. It is pretty good.
