davidbigreelz
pretzel buns... they hold up, they have some flavor but let the meat do the talking. they are also easy to toast or flavor.
Slabasaurus
You guys are thinking about this shtuff too hard. I prefer to eat pulled pork not on a sammy, but if I do a sandwich, CWB.Hawiian rolls are great for all non bbq sammies.Now.. I prefer the cue like they make it where I grew up (Blue Ridge Mountains in VA on the border of TN and about 20 miles from NC). I'll say I prefer it, but I love bbq of most kinds. OAF your pork sounds like it's done right man.
OnAFly
If we get a g2g this summer with the fly guys on here I might have to make a batch. I cant promise its as good as the pros down south, but its respectable.
fishattacker
I am making some pulled pork this weekend. We are going to go with Rhode's Texas dinner rolls. I like how they have larger air pockets in there so it can store more pork juicy goodness. I also like the smell when they are baking. McGurk
Chalk me up in the CWB column, too. I started to get too cute with my smoking and rubs and sauces etc etc etc... last summer, lots of extra effort and time. After a few mediocre meals, I realized that the basics are usually easier, and just as good if not better. Went back to the beginnig, and started churnin' out some good que again.I miss Reinhard... Shack
Colborn's stores offer a great "silver dollar" wheat bun that goes great with pulled pork. They come in a plastic bin inside a plastic bag. They offer white and wheat but there is very little difference IMO.

SkunkedAgain
I tried the Hawaiian rolls this weekend. Pretty good as I definitely liked the flavor, I just personally prefer something that's not quite as soft. Everyone else thought it was a great idea
LABS4ME
I just did the ciabatta rolls and pulled pork with sauce last night. SkunkedAgain
I brought a carolina pulled pork sandwich to work, making a few co-workers mad. They saw me re-heat the pork, add the coleslaw, and enjoy a great lunch. Suckers
