Rapala Jigging Rap Question

This might seem elementary to many but I have never used the Rapala jigging rap before. Do you tip these with a minnow head/body or do you use it without any minnow? If you use a minnow or parts where do you place it? On the rear/front single hook or on treble hook? Thanks for any advice. Anyone have success with these?

A jigging rap is my go too.

I tip the treble hook with a minnow head.

You can get a pretty good idea of how they work by looking down the hole and giving it a couple of good rips.

We have a think that works well for us while jigging for walleyes if they seem to be "lookers" we will sit and just shake it ever so slightly and it seems to get them to take it.

I started using my jigging raps all year long. Not just for ice fishing, tipping the treble hook with a minnow head, or even waxies maggies or even angle worms. Sometimes angleworm could out fish others, because it's different. Having different sizes is very useful, some days the smaller jiggin raps may work better than a large one.

Use them have had success with them. Not a bad thing to switch to if you have sniffers, sometimes those big swings with the rap get them fish outside of your flasher area to come attack.
