I really don't know how to feel over this.

My boat for 2013 was dropped off this morning which should make me happy but it's new home isn't ready yet so I have to put it away until it is done.

I can't sit in it and play fishing while getting it ready, it's to cold for me to fish P4 but it IS here so I should be happy right?

Who all is fishing something out of something different for 2013?

Way too cold for me to fish pool 4. Plus I do not have heated storage for it right now so fishing when it's below freezing is not really in the plans. That is part of the bummer equation.

My new rig for 2013 isnt nearly as nice, but it is the perfect rig for my family's needs. 2012 1850 Tyee w/ 175 Verado. Will give me lots of hours trolling out on Superior as well as hundreds of nights camping up on Rainy, Namakan and Kabetogama. I still have most of the rigging to do this spring (downriggers, VHS, rodholders etc) but that is the fun part! Gotta say tho, drilling that first hole in a new bolt is a tough thing to do

I have mine in the garage, but everyonce in a while I will hop in, tie on a jig, and try to hook my empty beer cans I throw on the floor, you know just some little underhand tosses. Soothes the soul just enough while begging for spring.
