12v flasher batteries?

just got one today at MFF. $20 for the 7AH model. Needed some new power for our recently installed lighting and HVAC system in the Clam Denali II. (and I must say, it is AWESOME!)

Generally what you really want to look for is the Ah rating people are pointing out. The more, the better.

I've had problems getting 7 Ah batteries to last the whole day (sunup to sundown), but 8.5 - 9's work fine. I won't buy another 7 if I can help it.

Fleet Farm is always a good place to check but you can also get decent batteries at Batteries Plus. They also have bigger models you can get like 12 Ah and such that could be used for fish house accessories like fans and lights. Yes, they cost more so you'll have to decide if it's worth it or not but it's a nice option.
