pike79 Posted December 31, 2012 Share Posted December 31, 2012 Here is my favorite you need fish,onions,3/4 c. sugar,2 1/2T salt,2T. pickling spice and vinegar.Fill qt. jar 3\4 full of fish and onions. Add sugar,salt and pickling spice. Fill jar with vinegar. Shake jar twice a day for 3 days.
