Solo oil mix?

I keep seeing different oil mixes, for the solo. What are you running?

24:1 on the tank, still running my first tank, then going to a leaner mix with a synthetic.

Synthetic a tad rich at 80-1. Run it in every 2 cycle I own. Chainsaw,lawnmower etc.

My Strikemaster Lazer Pro's manual recommends 40:1 but not leaner than 50:1. I believe you have to follow this for warranty purposes (2 years on the motor). I've been running Amsoil Sabre Pro at 50:1 all last year and this season. Might go a little leaner next season.

I run 80 to 1 all the time... when I had a 2 stroke...and when I get the new one I will be doing the same.

I ran two tanks through it of strikemaster oil at 50:1, three years ago when I bought my Solo 2.5hp. I have been running Amsoil Sabre at 80:1 ever since and it runs great with more power and much less smoke.
