Turducken

Went and got a turducken today from byerlys. This is my first time cooking one up and seeing if anyone here has any tips and recommendations on cooking one up or any seasonings to put on or in it.

For those of you who don;t know what a turducken is, A deboned chicken stuffed inside a deboned duck, stuffed in side a turkeys cavity along with stuffing and then roasted. These darn things will feed about 20 people and have a lot left over.

We ordered one a few years ago. Baked it in the oven like a Thanksgining turkey. Gravy is awesome. I thought the duck was the best part. Got ours from a place in Louisiana and it had Cajun stuffing that was fantastic.

I think the Turkey is deboned as well. Aren't those things like $70 bills or so?

Yea it was a little spendy but well worth it for great company! Having a big feast on Thursday and excited to try this beast of a bird out and don't want to mess it up lol
