cat doesn't want to stay running

i have a 1976 arctic cat jag 3000
my neighbor and i was in the snow working on it.. it wants to run but stalls out
could it be the fuel pump? it's not getting
gas to the carb he cleaned it it looked
great the gas is old but we need it to run
to empty out the gas then put fresh in

Drain the old gas out and fill with fresh gas. Get a spray bottle with mixed gas. Once you get the motor running use the spray bottle to keep it going. After a while it should start pumping gas on its own.

I had one that had 8400 miles on it when the speedo broke. It ran at least 2 more years after that then was sold.
I had the same problem and rebuilt both the carbs from the ground up and replaced the fuel lines. It ran like a top when I was done.

so i don't know how fast i'm going
feels like i'm going 40-50 i think
