Kdog10
Does anyone know the legality of hunting Township Lands? I found a landlocked 40 acres of state property that is bordered by private, except one side that is bordered by township land. Can I access the state land through the township property? Can I hunt the township parcel? I have never seen township land before. Im hoping that it is the same as county land as far as public use goes.I found an email for the township, but have had no luck in a response. There is no phone # or elected officials listed. Pooh
Contact the MN bookstore. They have PRIM maps, Public Recreation Information Maps. Very handy map to have. I have part of OT county on mine, I may be able to help of I know a general area.
Pinusbanksiana
What county is it in? I would say hunt it or use it for access unless it is posted. Township land is rare up north but does occur.

Kdog10
I called the CO and it is open to public use, including hunting. I figured that would be the case but I wanted to be sure.
