The really amazing thing is this trout was caught way up in the headwater and this is a male brook trout. This is not brooder sow that eats until it is about explode. reinhard1 Posted August 23, 2012 Share Posted August 23, 2012 here are a couple of chunky ones from the Gunflint Trail a few years ago. these are all brook trout also. i know by the pic you cant tell realy well butt they had a good belly on them and generaly plump. good luck.
