Nice fish!

I don't think anyone should give you a hard time about keeping it. My mark is set at 40" also.

If you put before and after the address you posted it should show the picture.

You're not going to catch **** from me for keeping that one. Now, if you keep ANOTHER one that size, that might be a different story.

My 40" Pike went 19 lbs, almost 20. It definitely had a lot more girth than your fish. I could believe 15, maybe 16lbs.

Thanks everyone. one heck of a fight not being able to net him. all alone in a little boat. what a rush. got hime on a black bucktail with lime green spinner. it also has a really small spinner behind the hook. ill post a pic of it if my dad left the camra. ok not 15lbs but 14.9 so close enough for me. lol.

Come on Half 2, your a fisherman. You are entitled to add a few ounces, pounds, inches.. etc.
I had a walleye mounted last year and I had the taxidermist glue a picture of the fish to the mounting board just between the fish and the name plate. The guy put some type of finish over the picture and it looks great. That way you have the trophy and a little reminder of what the day was like when you caught her.
Again congrats, every guy/gal deserves to have one on the wall if they want it.
