One KOOL dude is right! I might drive a Duramax but there's still blue oval Ford running thru my viens and it's becuase of Shelby, one the greatest up-sell persons IMO, Ford made the Mustang, Shelby just made it AWESOME!

I had no idea, how have I not heard about this?! CJH, my uncle actually owned one of these. I'll never forget my first ride in his 67 AC 427. I was 10. Not old enough to truly appreciate it but it was my first ride in a truly fast car. He did the old "put a 20 on the dash and if you can grab it, it's yours" trick. He sold that car 4-5 years ago, I can't remember exactly what he got for it but it was WELL into the $200k range, mighta been pushing $300k. IMHO the best car ever built. That thing couldn't be beat for a loooong time

Nice story, lucky man to have gotten to ride in one!! Its my dream car and significantly out of my price range, as alot of the mint ones go for over $1mil.
