I've got a tenderloin roast to deliciousify tonight and am currently pondering.

TL roast in, slow cooking it with sliced 'bellas, potato, carrots, and a bit of red wine.

Broke out the crystal wine glasses for a relaxing day off work spent cooking and tying flies. I feel like a fancy-pants.

from rare to medium rare floats my boat for beef. medium rare on venny.

Medium rare for me. Done just right with lots of flavor.
