Yes, you can, but only 1 buck per year.

The bonus tag can only be used in a managed or intensive harvest zone. If the area in the metro is one of those, then yes you can.

Bonus tags can be used any time if used in the proper season.

I also hunt with the bow and a rifle. I frequently use my bonus tags first while bow hunting in the metro and save my buck tag for the right opportunity.

So as long as you are in the right season and you are in a zone that allows the use of bonus tags, you can use them in whatever order you like.
