Got my house set

Archery Sniper helped me set my permanent house today. We have 8 1/2" of good solid ice. Plan on spending the day out there tomorrow and Sunday. Then I have to head to california for a week or two.

House will be out there if anyone wants to use it except if the Archery Sniper is in it.

I'll bring 2 spears, 2 chairs, heater, suckers, decoys, etc. You won't need to carry anything. Just bring your advil and hobble out there.

It was nice to meet you Huey. Glad Jeremy brought his four wheeler. It was kind of disconcerting when my house started to slide with the wind. Even more so when it slid right over the hole. Glad he decided to clip my house to his parked wheeler after that. Thanks Jeremy.

No problem, After you left me and the girl were blown into the spear hole. She held onto the house and pushed the spear against the hole and I grabbed her so she wouldn't go in the hole and propped my foot against the far side of the spear hole it was a hairy few Min's blowing white caps in the spear hole the whole time we were laughing and trying not to get pushed in. It made some memories and she had a fun first time out even though we didn't get a fish we saw 5 and one was 30" or bigger and made 4 passes around the hole and she got excited but non of them would come into the hole they all just skirted it. I wonder with the snow all being melted and the ice so clear if the were spooked by the shadow of the house?
