BIG Halloween Bluegills

TravP

Recommended Posts

Charles, Juan, and myself got on another BIG bluegill bite today. Finesse fishing was the only way to get them to eat. Water temps were down to 44 degrees and the fish were really skittish. We constantly had to move to say on them. Tiny tungsten jigs with plastics and a waxie or tiny piece of crawler is all that worked, and we threw the box at them. The fish were holding in 22-29ft of water. Were releasing all gills over 9" and crappies over 12" as their highly responsible for the future of the lake. Another great day!
