Largest Perch

So what is everyones largest perch that they have caught and where?

I can't seem to break the 12.5" mark but have caught quite a few that size off of Mille Lacs.

The Northwest Angle on Lake of the Woods holds some real decent perch. Jigging edges of reefs has always brought the bigger perch mixed in with the walleye. 14" is the biggest I've ever measured from my line. Great times when you really get into the bigger schools. Happy Fishing!

This opener on Mille Lacs I measured a 13 1/2 inch Perch......Seemed like a nice fish. Took a picture and my girlfiend lost the camera..

P.S. That was the only fish besides maybe 2-3 6 inchers (perch also)

I got a 14.5 incher this past winter up on LOW fishing for walleyes out on the flats. It hit like a walleye, kinda fought like a walleye, but to my surprise was a nice fat jumbo! The perch on LOW are pretty big if you can find them, always seem to catch them fishing walleyes, but this one was by far the biggest I caught up there. Other than this one, my biggest was probably around 13 inches.

Nearly Eastern SD lakes hold numbers of Jumbos. our group caught numerous fish over 14" on Waubay last winter. They are getting picked over by the day though, so CPR is very important to these fish.

WOW!!!

My pop did pretty good the other day on Mille Lacs. He hooked a solid 15" perch. Being @ 80 years young..........he ate it!!!

I agree with Matt and FF, also Vermilion has some nice bigger perch lately.

a 13.5" perch on mille lacs last winter. I got a few that size but couldn't get any bigger yet. I have also got some up to 13" on LOW last winter.

The sad part of the story is they were on a launch on Mille Lacs.........That was the biggest fish caught!!!!!!!!!

By the way........I love perch!!!!!!!
