RiverFish
Rose bowl baby!! Uh....yeah...anyone have a couple of D backs we could borrow late in games for hail marys.
so haaad
Two tough road losses in a row for the Badgers. They might not even be playing on New Year's Day if they don't get things turned around. They do have a favorable schedule to win out though.
mrklean
was shocked to see they lost, even more shocked to see the gophers won
SkunkedAgain
The Badgers are still a good team IMO. It's got to be most frustrating for Badger fans since their post-season hopes were dashed on two last play scenarios. Although as I told my brother, it wasn't the last play that lost the game but all the other ones that allowed it to be a last play scenario.Wisconsin is still good, and while I feel slightly better about our chances, I still think that the Gophers will get rolled when the red and white come to our humble stadium. RiverFish
It will be lights out when the Badgers play MN. The gophs are absolutely terrible.
toughguy
Actually it could be a night game so the lights might be on. Time is still TBA.
RiverFish
Actually it could be a night game so the lights might be on. Time is still TBA. If your a true Gophs fan it might just be better to watch with the lights out (not see the game), this game might get ugly
toughguy
I am a true Gopher fan and I'll be watching no matter how ugly it may get. Who knows they just might surprise us again.
so haaad
I'm thinking the Gophers will keep it closer than expected since it's a home game against a rival. Different story if the game was at Randall.

ted4887
Man, I thought the Gophers were going to pull it off today. As a Husker fan, that would have been marvelous!
mrklean
If they wouldn't have ran into the punter I think they would have pulled it off
JBMasterAngler
Still proud of the gophers for making a game of it. Why doesn't any big ten team want to go to the rose bowl? Are they that scared of playing oregon?
so haaad
Many of the Gopher players overachieved on Saturday which was encouraging to see. The play of the QB, O-line and wide receivers all stood out. I'd like the coaches to play Kirkwood, Edwards or another younger RB a little more after the Wisconsin game. SkunkedAgain
Badgers 35 Gophs 13 Pretty close guess
RiverFish
The Badgers can put up points, 33 is their low for the year. They just can't stop the big play on Defense. The Penn State game is going to be huge.
RiverFish
Sportscenter (commentator) just said the Badgers are and will be a favorite to win the Big Ten Looks like it was a good prediction Go Bucky!
stoney
Congrats to RW and Co. I thought they had a heck of a season. I don't feel bad about the Nebraska season except for the NW game... the rest just seemed like it was probably about the way I expected the first year to go. Now we'll see what we get for a DC. Should be interesting.
