Need help finding late summer eye's

I am the sort that spends the spring fishing jigs, and then trolling the rest of the summer for deep water eye's. I never fish late Summer or early fall, and find myself wanting to get back in the boat, especially now that I have slowed down work wise. But, I really do not know where to go? I live on a clear deep lake, water temp is 62 degrees, lots of shoreline structure and rockbars, and even a few weedbeds. Anyadvise would be awesome!

With a username like that you think you would know what to do. I would try a new one and you may recieve a lot more positive feedback.
Fall fishing is big minnow and jig time for me. Shallow water structure of various sorts. If you have a lot of weed try the edges with a jig or slip bobber.
Also cranks on flats will start to pick up. The fish are getting set to put on weight for the winter months and fall can be a blast for hungry eyes.

CMON! I have a hard time beleiving no one here knows how to fish a deep clear lake.

I try to find the steepest breaks along deep water leading to a shelf or flat. Tail hook a redtail or creek chub on a lindy or jig and minnow don't be afraid to go deep 40+ feet but dont overlook the shallow either

Try doing a search on 3 way rigging. I gave some good info on the Duluth forum a few weeks back. You can cover a lot of ground this way. Check regs to see if 2 hooks are legal in your area.

Just got done finding some late summer eye's on a deep clear lake. Fished the weed edge of a point that was getting pounded by wind for 4-5 days straight. Eye's where stacked. Tail hooked redtail with a Lindy rig.

Same sort of presentation will work as fall progresses. Also a jig/minnow combo out to 50' or so. Search around steep drop off's with the electronics until you find some fish. Fall can be a magical time (if you can make time to fish with everything else going on). Good Luck

I'd also add casting or trolling cranks after dark shallow. Especially if ciscos are part of the lakes forgage base.

The lake I live on is 110' deep but not super clear. I have had great luck on the outside weed edges in 8-14' of water slow trolling a knuckle jig and a fathead ripping it along. I also might try some cranks if I were you. To me fall is the minnow bite. If a lake has eyes they will bite on minnows in the fall.
