The perfect weather to remind you it's a winter trip, -6 to 30 above. All sun and stars with a hint of a breeze midday.

That's actually just a sled and cover, and the guy pulling it full of camping gear is 18 yrs younger than me, so I'm not sure if he would have noticed Lucy or not. I tell ya one thing though, he sure was keeping a close eye on last weeks storm.

Another newbie to a winter trip, said he was bringing his dog, I had my fingers crossed that it'd be a good dog. Ya just never know when it comes to dogs (or people for that matter).

Wow, for a 2 1/2 yr old Lab, Lucy is just a fantastic dog. She's welcome in my camp anytime.
