Saw this guy at First Ave Friday night. Scott H Biram. I think this song is about an auto accident he got in back in 03, played a gig 3 nights later in a wheelchair and an iv drip behind him on stage. Thats pretty gangster. Good dude I chatted with him for a bit friday night.
