I don't neeed the big C catalog! I dropped a little over a grand to them tuesday! Just waiting now!

the last few years we've hit grand national and capitol hill. The Judge is a lot of fun, and Grand National has always been one of my fav's to play.

I want to try the cambria ridge tracks this year, they sound awesome, but it's a bit tricky with the travel schedule (fly down thurs, play 18 thurs, 36 fri and sat, another 18 sun before we head back up here).

My dad and I plan the thing, and we're really havin trouble deciding. We'll fly into atl, since my airline doesn't fly into mobile anymore, so we'll probably hit up Silver Lakes and Oxmoor Valley/Ross Bridge.

At the judge there are always people fishin in the Alabama river backwaters around the first and 16th holes.

Sweet!I never got to play the Gudge, but we played the others. I was down there a few years back with some guys that go every year. We spent one day at Prattville, then two days at Greenville, but got rained out when we were in Mobile. Loved the courses!

1/2 way there!!!!!! i quit the first week in november this year and almost always able to get out in the first week in april. in two hours i am over the hump..........

Yep, the coldest day of the year (average-wise) has passed. looking forward to a 6 month warming trend.

looking back at my fishing journal from last year, the first time i was on open water fishing was March 4th on Pool 2 of the Mississippi. Not only that, it is some of the best fishing to be had on Pool 2 all season.It really gets me excited knowing that that is roughly 45 days away! only a month and a half more of this ice fishing business... looks like i will have to get the boat out of storage in about 3 weeks so i can make sure to have everything ready to go come open water!

Menards has their Burpee seed display set-up. 40% off the list prices. I couldn't help myself... I bought sunflower seeds to plant this spring. I also bought a couple packs of morning glory seeds, two zinnia seeds packs, and a pack of cosmos.
