Had to part ways with a good freind today...

Every pheasant hunter in heaven got another good GSP to hunt behind today. This is the part of owning a dog that I hate but I know it was in her best interest. RIP Bailey and someday we'll hunt the wiley ringneck together again.

Sorry for your loss. I' still recovering from the same thing with my 14 year old lab Buddy on the 4th. I know the pain well.

Lost my father in law on the 23 of November, and Dr Kevorkian wouldve been a hero in my mind at the time. It is nice that we have a choice in the matter for our pets when quality of life is considered.

brings a tear to my eye guys....a bad day indeed....at least the sorrow is derived from all the joy and loyalty our furry friends bestow upon us. bailey and roxy will surly be missed, as well as the others, that all of us have had to part with. take care!

Anyone that loves their pooch as much as you guys do...knows your pain. And it sucks. I lost my baby last year. The worst part of it was that I had to finish her off. I was heart broken for weeks. Then my buddy called me and said he had a present coming for me in a couple of weeks. I have had my "new" baby for about a year now and that really helps. Life goes on. Mourn for as long as you need to and always keep them in your heart!
