Good job Scoot. Like you mentioned, most of us would rather read a "Me and Joe" story than the overdone and regurgitated tips and tactics angle. Many of us can't be everywhere we'd like to or go on every trip conceived, but when others write from the heart and take us there, it's a real treat. When written from the heart and humbly, it comes off as sincere and down to earth. Thanks for taking the time.

Hopefully Wanderer can give us a play by play of his hunt as well when he returns.

laugh Da "B" Squad doesn't take nearly as many and as nice of pics as Scoot does. And our foray into the East River part of SD was maybe, shall we say, a little mis-interpreted, betweend the involved parties. grin

No real access to buck holding cover left us putting on the local golf course with permission from the board. Does and fawns a plenty on our side of the fence while we wished a buck from the neighbors would go all secondary rut on us some time and make a mistake.

When we figured that wasn't going to happen we opted to bring home the groceries by taking a couple nice does.

I could post a score card and circle the 5th tee box where we got one of them! wink
