FLooded area and Deer movement

1 of my areas was flooded to the extent that we are not going to be able to get there for several days, atleast that is the way it looks.

It is an area that I have been seeing many deer. I hope my stands are still there, they may be gone with the rushing water, but that is not to be seen until I can get there.

I am curious how long it will take the deer to gravitate back to the area once the water receeds?

Anyone else in this situation?

Do you think once the water receeds will they still be on the same travel routes?

I need to to see what the water has changed in the area, trees, brush and whatever brought into the area may alter some things too I guess.

I know what your talking about. My deer land has gotten about 6 inches of rain in the past two or three weeks and I haven't even been able to get out to it more then to check cameras during the week when driving by during work hours. I was seeing they were sticking to the edges hard core but I also hunt a river bottom and there is a standing corn field on the edge of the river. Hopefully this week we can dry out!
