walleyes12
I woke up this morning, and to my surprise a big portion of my lawn was tore up by something. LOTS AND LOTS of holes in my lawn. Something was digging for something. Whatever it is tore up a 50' x 50' section of my lawn. I posted some pics, I hope they help. Please let me know what it is and how to kill it. I have had some skunks in the yard lately, not sure if they would dig my lawn up like this. Please help. Over look Section of holes Close up of a hole, about 1/2" deep

walleyes12
All the damage happened over night, my springer was in the house!
harvey lee
I have seen it where skunks will almost roll the sod up to get at the grubs in the ground. Coons will also do this. From your pics I cannot tell exactly what the sod looks like.
walleyes12
harvey, the sod almost looks like a divet from a golfer. Some thing was looking for grubs, I was leaning towards a skunk, but it could be a raccoon. Either way its a good thing I am a trapper, I should be able to catch whatever it is
