Chips for bear bait?

Any one ever use potatoe chips for baiting? I have a line one expired chips of different flavors.

jerkbait, Never tried them but I don't think they would hold up very long outdoors. Dump a bag in the backyard to try them out.

I have they worked ok, mostly small vermin liked them...

Just about anything eatable should work...

I get about 20 gallons of chips per year and use it for filler. It's old expired bags that are mixed in with the bread and pastries I get from one location. It gets eaten.
