Well, we are a month or so into the season and it looks like JJ will be a tough one to beat again.

Is there a driver out there that can give JJ a run for the title?

My money is that JJ will win another title

I think you are right about that Harvey Lee. And he is on a roll right out of the box. Maybe they will peak too soon (or some other cliche). The Roush camp and RCR have shown improvement but I don't think it'll be enough to overtake the 48.

Maybe the new spoiler will make a few teams hot, its first real test is this weekend. I too think the 48 will be on top again. I am starting to think all of the other drivers should form an aliance and put the bumpers to the 48!

That may be the only way to slow JJ down. Knaus and JJ would find a way to still finish in the top ten.

Seems JJ can be down 2 laps and still have a great finish.

In order to be the man, you've got to beat the man. And sadly, right now with the Chase format, no one seems close. Anything can happen though in ten races. A blown motor here a crash there and its opened way up!

You are correct Jeff. A bad move by another driver can ruin a dudes chance at the big trophy.

Heck, A HMS motor could also blow up.

JJ just does not seem to have many issues and stays out of harms way.

If he has a handling issue, ole Knaus seems to always find the key to victory or a greaT SAVE.

This might get a bit more interesting now that Gordo is fired up, mad as heck and not gonna take it anymore. Who knows, maybe with the wreck at Talladega the hoseshoe up his backside might have dislodged:)

JJ will win it as no one is running as well or as consistent.

Gordo is running better for sure but not as well as JJ.

Ole Jr isn't doing bad either.

Maybe the only thing that is going to derail Jimmy's championship run is the issue with his own team mate. Doesn't he also have a baby on the way? A lot of things will be running around in Uni-brow's head this summer!
