Guest
I made the trip from Chaska to Hope (south of Owatonna), then back north and west to home outside Annandale. That was yesterday, and it was horrible. Today dawned with more snow falling.Fortunately I don't have to drive anywhere today. Can we return to Jan-Feb weather? Uncle Grump
Clayton - others...Yes - Return us to that lovely 25-30F weatherwe had in Jan and Feb. I WANT to ice fish some more - last year I made out on April 6and I want more - call me one of the ice forum diehards - although I didn't post in that thread. Down here - Rochester area and further westthe ice as all ready deserted us - heard a report from a coworker that Elysian was clear, and Tetonka was working at it. A number of the smaller pond and gravel pittype lakes in this area are clear.Open water fishing is ok - but there is nothing like ice fishing. I better watch what I say or you won't let me beat you fishing anymore.
