having done both I'd rather own a jet boat. No-one ever said that owning a River Pro or a Jet would be cheap,or a outboard either for that matter. If you run as many hours and as hard as some people have with a outboard on the river vs a jet , you will still have about the same amount of maintenance.

Papa, nice avatar. Just finishing some mods on a sleeper International Harvester CC puller She pulls some very high R's without blowing the Kohler in 10 large pieces (for now). Plus she looks purdy!

Andy, that looks WAY too clean and shiny and new to be driving on the river. Better break it in on a lake or something. Hope to seeya on the river with that thing soon.
