prov1900
Can't stand the Saints, but I still like them better than Indy. Besides, how do you have a party with an Indianapolis food theme? Nothing good comes from that town Gumbo is looking good and smelling better. I didn't darken my roux enough for fear of burning it. I stirred that thing for 35 minutes straight and if it would have burned, we would have been eating Top Ramen tonight!!! Shrimp, chicken sausage, lake whitefish, imatation crab, and oysters. None of the seafood/fish has gone into the pot yet. I am saving that for the last fifteen minutes till dinner.
