Are you seeing an ice build up under the blade? Does it happen on the 1st hole or the ones after? I spin up the auger to sling off excess water and shavings between holes. Also it helps sometimes to clear the hole of shavings a couple of times during the drilling process. If none of this helps call S.M. I think I remember awhile back they had some pitch issues with their larger lazers, hope this helps alittle.

you probably have a slight ice build up on the blades by the time you get that many holes drilled. I would take it in your fish house and let the blades warm up and see if that makes a difference. I have heard the slightest ice build up on those and their cutting ability goes down hill if you don't remove the ice and water from the blades. may be you will have to wipe the blades dry between holes. I personally run a chipper style drill unit on my power head and don't have any issues also I drill may be only 6 holes at most when I go out. I fish smaller lakes and have some spots that can be good so I don't drill that many holes when looking for the fish. I noticed on your last post you said you had to lean on the auger a bit, with properly cutting lazer blades the weight of the powerhead should be all that is needed to get the auger to bite and drill correctly.

I run a 10" as well and ice buildup is HUGE in preventing the blades from grabbing. I run a flip-up shack and once I'm setup I'll flip the house over the flighting and set the blades near the heater (if it's below 15). 5 minutes later I can remove it and have the ability to pick it up and start drilling right away.

Good luck!
