Some people read WAY too much into things. God I bet 99% of the NFL players say the same thing too about their media room. Im not in the NFL but I have a room too that I watch all the NFL playoff games also.

Your problem, PB, not mine. Since the Pack is out, the Vikes are the lesser of two evils. As I've stated before, I root now for the Vikes because I'd like to see an old Black and Blue Division team win the SB than anyone else.

That's just how I roll. The people who don't really believe me tend to be haters who can't conceive the possibility that a Packers fan might actually wish the Vikings well, or vice versa. Hey, that's cool. Haters are people too. winksmile

And I'd honestly like to see the Vikes win this Super Bowl. It would be an interesting lesson in sociology to see what fans do when their team has lost all four Super Bowl bids and then wins one. And if they do, it'll be with no sour grapes from this Packers fan. I made my bet and I'll make good on it. Well, it IS lucky that I'LL be the one to pic the Vikes avatar that'll go with me for quite some time.

So, while I've spent my life saying "GO PACK," now I'm willing to say: "Ahem, Vikings, please win this one for the Black and Blue. And if you can't win one for the division of old, at least find a bit of pride and win it for yourselves."

I'm like you Steve. My second Favorite Team is the Cowboys but after that I'm for whatever Black & Blue Division Team is still left if it isn't my Vikes.

I just hate it when Packer or Steeler fans throw their SB wins in my face though.

Being a hater and all I believe Rick....It's not my problem Steve it's my opinion..you just have a little to much creative fluff/jabs steered towards us so called HATERS for me to really believe it.. I could be wrong though if so I apologize. I just envision a big sigh of relief and rye smile coming across your face if/when we lose is all and that's OK.. whistlesmilegrin

PB, I jab at haters of any stripe. Not all haters are Vikes fans, and not all Vikes fans are haters. I don't recall terming you a hater. Do you recall that? If you are referring to my last post where I quoted you as a doubter to my good intentions, you might want to re-read and study the language a bit. If you do, no doubt you'll see that you are the one who included yourself in the haters club, not me. There certainly are haters on this sports forum, and some of those haters happen to be Vikes fans, but I do not believe you are one of them.

I'll say again. There's no one still in the running I'd rather see win this Super Bowl than the Vikings.
