Snow drifts around house

Snow is starting to get drifted around my house. Does it seem to help to shovel some of it away so you can see better? The water I'm in is a little cloudy.

If its cloudy then I would shovel some away to help see better but if the fish seem leary and unwilling to come in good then best off put snow back down.

Have you ever tried Blue Lake?

It seems no one is near the reeds out there.

I am not sure how clear or deep it is near the reeds on Blue.

No I have not. Only lake around here other than Fish I have speared is Long Lake. (I live across the road from it) I have not been on it in a few years but it is shallow and murky.

I used to spear years ago on Woman. Just got back into spearing this year. I would appreciate any tips on lakes you could pass along. I have been seeing quite a few on Fish.

I have heard George (Anoka County) is good too for eater sized pike and it is supoda be clear water.

I know they have a sand swimming beach there too.

I might talk Elwood into making a trip to fish in the next week or two.
