Lookin for a good Lube for my Poles

What should a guy use to keep his fish house poles sliding nice and keep em from sticking?

On my Canvas Craft, nothing. On my Otter I use some graphite or I have also used some very fine steel wool and then wiped the poles down with silicone.

First be sure to de-burr the ends of the frame tubes, inside top stage and outside of the bottom stage, so they are not dragging on the inside and outside of the tubes.

Next wipe them down with a silicone sprayed on a cloth or a light coating of chap stick will also do well. Chap stick also lubes up the zippers well to help prevent frosting issues.

I prefer a bar of soap lightly rubbed on the zipper. Lightly.
