The new toy

Congratulations on the new ride! That has got to be one of cleanest looking 95's I have ever seen! It is very rare to see a sled of that age that has a seat that is intact. I have a 95 Polaris RXL 650 efi(xtra 12), and I only wish it were in that good of condition.

I see the previous owner added on a couple of accessories as well (medium flared windshield, 45 degree handlebar hook, running board tread, light shield, and best of all, plastic skis.)

What do you think of the sound of that motor? I have owned a lot of snowmobiles (mostly newer), but nothing compares to the tone of a polaris triple when you crack open the throttle!

It does have an aftermarket can on it, it sounds awsome ideling almost orgasmic at full throttle. And to think I almost didn't buy it due to the miles but caved after I rode it. Hit the key today after being in the cold garage all night in the low teens, flipped the choke bumped it and it was purring.

4500 miles is really not all that bad, if it has been maintained. At least 4500 miles is believable mileage. I guess I am a bit skeptical when I see sleds of that age with 2000 miles or so. I know it is possible to have low mileage, but I know it is also possible for people to roll back odometers. Judging by appearance, I would probably guess the previous owner was more than likely meticulous about maintenance. Cosmetic appearance and maintenance tend to go hand in hand more often than not.
