We could devote an entire site to this..check on previous threads for solutions/problems. But for now, let's do basics quick: If it fired right up & runs, plug is OK. Bogging is a sign of poor fuel/fuel starvation. Did you run 'er dry last year and lube top end/carb? If not, and you have old gas in it, dump it out, put in proper mix with some Seafoam, and let it run awhile. Old gas will moisture up/varnish up real quick...and the winter gas around here is plain lousy. That fouls up your needles/seats, and you'll have some in your fuel bowl also...that's why I use ONLY non-oxy gas in my engines. Being it's new, try that for now...I'll bet it corrects your problem...02 worth from an ex-engine builder/racer.

If its brand new last year and sat all summer i would put money on there being gum/varnish in the carb. fresh gas and seafoam like rebel said and maybe it will work the [PoorWordUsage] out. if that doesnt work you will have to take the carb apart and clean everything very thoroughly. those carbs have tiny little passages in them and it doesnt take much at all to plug em up.

brought it in today to scheels. its still under warrenty so there taking care of it. they said it sounded like the carb just needed some adjusting. i had seafoam in it from last year but i drained it and put fresh gas in it today
