Yep, time to shapen up the tines, make sure the barbs will hold.

I talked a guy at Pelican lake, he said he had 39in. pike get off his spear. Died below his hole but off to the side aways, he had work at getting the fish. After several trys he was able to her in the house.

That is good.

I am sure most of us would have cut another hole if needed.

Hopefully he can improve his spear or technique so it doesn’t happen again.
