Whats the last day up to deer season that u can purchase your lisence, Not sure if Im going this year yet, watching the weather on how nice its going to be and there are alot of crops out in my area , Might chase ducks instead

You have to purchase it before the season starts to not have a waiting period. I would buy it no later than Friday.

fivebucks is right.. not sure the waiting period though.. The rule is there to stop people from shooting an animal and then going to buy the license.

I am not 100% on this, but I believe the rule is that once the season starts you have to wait 24 hours after buying your license before it is valid.

All deer licenses (archery, firearms, muzzleloader) may be purchased at any time before or during the season. However, a license purchased on or after the day the respective season opens is not valid until the second day after the day it is issued (for example, a license issued on Saturday would not be valid until Monday). A “day” means midnight to midnight. The “respective season” refers to the first season for which the license is valid. The exceptions are bonus, early antlerless, and disease management permits, which are valid when issued if the appropriate regular license is valid.
