Bow Hunting North of Aitkin... Any Deer up there?

Just leased some land north of Aitkin, MN. Is there good deer hunting up there?

Absolutely. I used to bowhunt around there and we always seen tons of deer. This was about 6 to 7 years ago though.

Yes! Is it some of the Potlatch land that came up North off of 1? Great stuff up there....

There's deer. Plenty. Just not many big ones. I think they're stunted like an overabundant sunfish population!

you didnt research before putting money down on a lease? There are deer, its big woods hunting so its tougher
