Jim Uran
This is a sauce I made recently with some freshly picked berries and everyone loved it. 2 cups of blueberry's (or one cup blueberries one cup of rasberries)3/4 cups of white sugar1/4 cup of water1 cup of orange juiceBring to a boil and turn down heatmix in a couple tablespoons of flour or cornstarch into about a 1/4 cup of water and add to sauce. ** Add one tablespoon of brown sugar and 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon ** Stir and simmer until it thickens enough to cover the back of the spoon. Cool and enjoy!

Jim Uran
Anything, toast, bread, ice cream, fry bread. My gal made a really good dessert out of it. She made like a crisp out of it and it was awesome. Just spread the sauce out on the bottom and than make the "crisp" part(Flour, brown sugar, oatmeal, butter, cinnamon) and spread it out over the top and bake it. Top it with whipped cream and enjoy, lol!
